Terms of trade
Use of the program
- Coniuno-Freeware is free of charge for private, non-commercial use.
- Coniuno-Professional must be licensed for private, non-commercial use by payment of a one-time fee.
The license is person-related and not restricted to a certain computer. The parallel installation
of the program on a "PC at home" as well as a notebook "for remote learning" is explicitly allowed.
If you want to use the program commercially or e.g. in school etc. please turn to
Coniuno, Support.
- The Coniuno verb tables can be bought as add-on to the professional version. One Coniuno verb table
of your choice is included in the Coniuno-Professional scope of delivery.
Scope of delivery
- Coniuno-Freeware is available as software including help files in German and English.
- Coniuno-Professional comprises all components of the freeware-version as well as additional
functions reserved to the professional version.
- The Coniuno verb tables can be bought also to a later point of time and can be integrated in
Coniuno-Professional. One Coniuno verb table of your choice is included in the Coniuno-Professional
scope of delivery.

Liability for defects
Coniuno was tested with a great amount of verbs in the supported training-languages.
Liability though is explicitly excluded for damages caused by incorrectly conjugated verbs.
Note that the program shall help to learn conjugations as such, the program's aim is not to provide
a fully tested library of all possible verbs that may exist in a language.
If you should find a fault in the program, please send an email to
Coniuno, Support.
The fault will be examined and corrected as quickly as possible.
As user of the professional version you have the right to receive free support and free updates in
case of corrected errors. If an error cannot be corrected according to your expectations, you have
the right to receive back your license fee.
Duplication and copying of the program
- You are allowed to duplicate/copy the freeware-version of the program for providing it to friends.
This however must only be done using the original Coniuno setup-file.
- You are not allowed to duplicate/copy or in any other way reproduce the Coniuno-Professional version.
The creation of a security copy is allowed.
- If you want to use Coniuno for business or in greater extent (e.g. school), please turn to
Coniuno, Support.
- You must not offer Coniuno for download on own web pages. Instead use a link to www.coniuno.com or
www.coniuno.com/files/coniuno.exe.
- You must not sell Coniuno. A distribution of Coniuno on e.g. CD-ROMs that are not free of charge
is only allowed with the explicit author's agreement. Please turn to

for this purpose.
