Rule V:   American ise-verbs

 V.Abbreviation:ise
  Description: No change of "ise" to "ize" for American verbs.
Normally all verbs that end on "ise" are built in American English with "ize" (e.g. to summarise => he summarizes). Some verbs (see list of American ise-verbs) however are excepted from this.

  Example verb: 6.to advise
  Application: - the verb ends on "ise"
  - Coniuno: the verb must be stored in the list of ise-verbs

 Validity:Present:all forms
  Past: all forms
  Imperative: all forms
  Present Participle: always
  Past Participle: always
 
  Examples: Past: "he advises", not "he advizes"
  Present Participle: "advising", not "advizing"
  Past Participle: "advised", not "advized"
